This page tells you who processes personal information in connection with MyGenie. Your contract is with Maximum Wellness (Pty) Ltd, not with these providers. Full Terms: Terms and Conditions. Privacy: Privacy Notice.
We do not ask you to accept Railway's, Resend's, Cal.com's or DocuSeal's own legal terms. Those bind us or the Professional, as described below.
Operators we instruct

| Resend | One-time sign-in codes and notification email | United States | Our email operator. A compromise of this channel can take over an account that uses email OTP. |
| PayFast | Professional subscription payments | South Africa | Our payment processor. We do not store full card numbers. |
Hosting outside South Africa is disclosed at registration. Ticking the Terms consents to that transfer (POPIA s72(1)(b)).
Tools a Professional chooses — their responsibility

| Cal.com (or another booking link) | Appointments | The Professional pastes their own scheduling URL. They must have their own contract and POPIA arrangements with Cal.com. We are not a party. We are not responsible for bookings or data you enter on that site. |
| DocuSeal, DocuSign, or a pasted signing link | Electronic signature | The Professional supplies their own API keys or link (Practice+). They must have their own contract with that provider. Documents sent there are processed under the Professional's instruction, not ours. |
| Built-in MyGenie pad | Electronic signature on our Service | This path stays on MyGenie. It is not DocuSeal. |
If a Professional does not connect a third-party signer, the built-in pad is used.
What we do not do
- We do not re-host Railway's Data Processing Addendum or Enterprise Agreement as if they were your Terms.
- We do not send household financial information to an external artificial-intelligence provider.
- We do not sell personal information.
